Rainy days and Mondays...
Sheldon's hand has become a main playmate for him. It's a not only a sign of hunger but also excitement. I've read that at this age Sheldon doesn't understand that what he's sucking on is actually his own hand. And also, once the hand is gone from his sight, it's gone from existance. How crazy is it to know that at one point we were all at this stage of development. Back before there was anger or resentment or greed, and only love and fear. Behind all of those smiles of his is simply a genuine display of happiness and love. I wonder what it's like to stare up at the ceiling and the ceiling fan and know only thought. And what's more, such thought has no forward or backward only what is happening in that moment. How much would that take away from adulthood. And also release us from.
On a lighter note, Sheldon's new nickname is Sheldon SMiller.
