Super Smiler

We call the pose in the photo above the Popeye. It's what is needed on a rainy week. Yesterday Sheldon and I went to see great-grandpa Miller. Grandpa's house is heavy decorated and Sheldon had many interesting "old person" things to look at for the visit. It was fun and Sheldon did very well with it all. Grandpa even smiled a few times at the Popeye. It feels good to incorporate the old with the new, especially when they are both such a large part of my life. As Sheldon get older I hope he gets the chance to really share some time with his grandpa, my father.
