Cap
First things first, it's a Cranial Cap not a motorcycle helmet. As a result of Sheldon's torticollois, which in turn led to a flat head, he's wearing a Cranial Cap. The duration of the wearing of the cap is usually 3 months. It doesn't seem to be slowing him down at all. In fact, like his mother, Sheldon always seems to find a way to make lemonade.

I don't care what anybody says - he is adorable and no cranial cap can change that! He seems absolutely unaffected by it - he's such a little trooper! I think it might actually make his quick - feet dance moves (similar to a line dance) even better! haha!
